  • You will be sent an email on the day of dispatch confirming your order has been sent, a tracking number will be attached
  • Please note that the processing time is not part of the delivery time. Please allow extra time, approximately (1-2 business days) to process your order on top of the estimated delivery time. This may vary slightly depending on the capacity of orders we have to ship out.
  • Express Post: Approximately (1-3) business days within Brisbane city/metro areas, excluding processing time. Outside these areas will take longer.

  • We ship orders Monday- Friday only. Cut off time Friday is 2pm AEST. Orders placed after this time will be processed Monday.
  • If you require an urgent dispatch, please email us with your name and order number and our team will assist you further. We do require at least 24hrs notice for an urgent dispatch, however, email our team and we will do our absolute best to have your order ready. 
  • All orders that are placed Monday-Thursday will be processed daily and dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order being placed excluding weekends.
  • All orders placed on a Friday after 2pm, Saturday & Sunday will all be processed on Monday. Once your order has been received on Monday, we will then start to process  your order ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days.
  • Zingaras Jewels is not responsible for any lost or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post. Although it is rare for parcels to go missing, it can happen. If this happens, you will be required to contact Australia Post directly so they can locate your parcel via your tacking number.
  • Approximate delivery times are for Brisbane metro/city areas only. Orders may be delayed if outside the Brisbane metro areas or within the Christmas, New Year, Easter, or Sale periods due to the capacity of orders. Zingaras Jewels takes no responsibility if such a delay occurs. 
  • Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays within Australia.
  • During Sale periods, Easter break, Christmas, New Years or special promos that our store has running, there could be a slight delay with shipments due to the capacity of orders. We always do our best to get all orders out within 3-4 business days during sale periods.  
  • We are a small business running all aspects of the business and always endeavor to get your order out as quickly as possible
  • We only accept one shipping address per order
  • If an incorrect shipping address has been provided and your order has been dispatched ZINGARAS JEWLES is not obliged to refund or credit you. Please check all your personal details are correct before completing your purchase at checkout 
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched
  • If you receive a collection slip in your letterbox to pick up your parcel from your post office, please do so ASAP or it will be sent 'return to sender' after 3 days and you will be responsible for postage charges for Zingaras Jewels to return it back to you.
  • If your Australia Post tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered Zingaras Jewels are not liable to reimburse you if it goes missing. 
  • If you happen to receive a product that has been damaged through the shipment process, please email us with photographic evidence of the issue on the day of delivery and we will work together to find the solution that best fits you.



  • Please allow up to 5 business days if you selected express post. The delivery time will vary depending on your location within Australia even with express post. Many orders arrive next day via express, while others take longer. This is only an estimate.
  • Please email us - ZINGARA@MAIL.COM - with your name & invoice number. Alternatively, you can track your express parcel through the Australia Post website with your tracking number.



  • All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars.
  • Exchange rates are determined by the issuer of the credit card.



  • We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct all security checks to ensure that the owner of the card or account authorises the transaction. If the requested security check is not complied with, we reserve the right to dishonor, cancel, refund, and report the transaction information with the relevant Fraud Prevention and Banking Authorities. The decision to do so is at our sole discretion.
  • If your order has been flagged for a security check, dispatch will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card or account holder and the delivery time frame is subject to the dispatch date.



  • Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order.
  • Please make sure all discount codes are entered in prior to finalising your payment as we cannot apply/refund discounts after finalising your purchase. 
  • If you are having an issue with a discount code please ensure you have met all the requirements for the discount and entered the code in correctly. Shipping cost is not included if a min spend is required. Also try refreshing the page!

  • Natural stones vary in colour and size.
  • Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, it may vary slightly from the photograph on the website.
  • Slight variations are desired.
  • We are unable to accept exchanges based on the individual characteristics of stones.


  • ZINGARAS JEWELS accepts Afterpay, Paypal, Apple Pay, VISA and MasterCard through Stripe Payment Systems.

  • ZINGARAS JEWELS will appear on your credit card statement.
  • All purchase transactions will be calculated and processed in Australian Dollars.

ZINGARAS JEWELS do not allow change of mind returns, so please choose carefully when purchasing. In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns, or provide refunds on any of our jewellery.

If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, ZINGARAS JEWELS will exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:  

  • You have notified ZINGARAS JEWELS by emailing with specific fault details and pictures
  • You have provided your order number which is on your emailed invoice
  • You have returned the product/s and original packaging along with all marketing material and gifts, undamaged and unworn, via express post to ZINGARAS JEWELS head office within 7 days from the purchase date (address provided on our customer care page).
  • Any signs that the item/s have been worn or damaged purposely will be sent back to the buyer and no refund will be issued. All our orders are quality checked by two staff prior to sending out.
  • ZINGARAS JEWELS is not liable for the cost of postage on exchanges or refunds.
  • General wear and tear, tarnished, discoloured, faded, bent earring backs, missing stones/diamonds etc is not covered as a fault by the manufacturer. Our jewellery is costume jewellery and should be handled with care. Please read our care page for tips on how to care for your new pieces.
  • Once an inspection of the jewellery and packaging has been done ZINGARAS JEWELS will then contact you directly via email to resolve the issue.
  • ZINGARAS JEWELS will either issue you a refund, credit or exchange. This will not include the postage cost for you to send back the item.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by ZINGARAS JEWELS, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited excluding all shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. ZINGARAS JEWELS can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when emailing us.
  • ZINGARAS JEWELS is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered to your address. Please contact Australia Post to lodge an investigation with your tracking number.
  • If you happen to receive a product that has been damaged through the shipment process, please email us with photographic evidence of the issue on the day of delivery and we will work together to find the solution that best fits you. 
    • On New Zealand returns you must mark on the courier company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.

      In order to minimise wastage and limit our environmental impact, multiple items may be sent in the same box or pouch. Additional gift boxes can be purchased at a small cost if you require more. Just search gift box.
