DELIVERY & SHIPPING

As much as we know how annoying it is to pay for postage, we only offer tracked postage to ensure your order arrives both safely and as quickly as possible. We have kept our pricing slightly less than then the actual shipping costs via Australia Post to keep it as low as possible for you our valued customer. 

 

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • We do advise if you are purchasing for an event or special occasion that you choose the express delivery option to have a safe & fast delivery of your items.
  •  Zingaras Jewels is not responsible for any lost or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post, including express post. Although it's rare for parcels to go missing, it can happen. You will be required to contact Australia Post directly so they can locate your parcel via your tacking number.
  • Approximate delivery times are for Brisbane metro/city areas only. Orders may be delayed if outside the Brisbane metro areas or within the Christmas, New Year, Easter or Sale periods. Zingaras Jewels takes no responsibility if such a delay occurs.
  • All orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be processed on Monday. Once recieved we will then process & pack your order ready for dispatch within 2 business days. 
  • Please note that the processing time is not part of the delivery time. Please allow extra time to process your order on top of your estimated delivery time.
  • Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays within Australia.
  • During sale periods or special promos that our store has running, there could be a slight delay with shipments due to the capacity of orders. We always do our best to get all orders out within 3-4 business days during sale periods. 

 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY PRICING OPTION  

  • $7.00 Parcel Post tracked (not express) Approximately (5-10) business days within Brisbane city/metro areas, excluding processing time 
  • $10.00 Express post/ tracked  Approximately (1-4) business days within Brisbane city/metro areas, excluding processing time
  • Free Parcel Post/ Tracked on all orders $100.00 or more Approximately (5-10) business days within Brisbane city/metro areas, excluding processing time 

You will be sent an email on the day of dispatch confirming your order has been sent, a tracking number will be attached.  All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Delivery estimate times are for all Brisbane city/metro areas only. Times may vary outside these areas.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

$30 Flat rate for shipping on all International orders via Australia Post.

You will receive your order approximately 4-10 business days after dispatch. Your items will be dispatched within 24 hrs after processing your order. We process all orders Monday-Friday only. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been posted with tracking a number attached. TRACKING QUERIES 

Australia 

Please allow up to 10 business days if you selected Parcel Post, 5 business days if you selected express shipping.The delivery time will vary depending on your location within Australia even with express post. Many orders arrive next day via express, while others take longer. This is only an estimate. Please select express if you are needing your items by a certain date followed by an email requesting an urgent delivery so we can get your order out same day.

Please allow up to 12 'business days' before querying your parcel. The delivery time will vary depending on your location. This is only an estimate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We only accept one shipping address per order
  • If an incorrect shipping address has been provided and your order has been dispatched ZINGARAS JEWLES is not obliged to refund or credit you. Please check all your personal details are correct before completing your purchase at checkout 
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched
  • If you receive a collection slip in your letterbox to pick up your parcel from your post office, please do so ASAP or it will be sent 'return to sender' after 3 days and you will be responsible for postage charges for Zingaras Jewels to return it back to you.
    • If your Australia Post tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered Zingaras Jewels are not responsible for a replacement.
    • Any damaged goods during transit will be replaced after the damaged product is returned to ZINGARAS JEWLES and as long as we have been notified via email the same day as delivery. 
    • Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

     

    SECURITY 

    We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct any and all security checks to ensure that the owner of the card or account authorises the transaction. If the requested security check is not complied with, we reserve the right to dishonour, cancel, refund and report the transaction information with the relevant Fraud Prevention and Banking Authorities. The decision to do so is at our sole discretion.

    If your order has been flagged for a security check, dispatch will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card or account holder and the delivery timeframe is subject to the dispatch date.

     
    CANCELLATIONS/DISCOUNTS
    Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please make sure all discount codes are entered in prior to finalising your payment as we can not apply/refund discounts after finalising your purchase.
